RESELLING:

All product is made under Lucky Lashes & Cosmetics LLC and is intellect property of Lucky Lashes. All artwork is copyrighted by Lucky Lashes.

We honored to make such unique pieces & take pride in the products we create. Each item purchase is intended for personal use only. We do not give anyone permission to resell our product besides: MC Magic (Lost in Love palette) & Asspie (Lowrider virgencita palette). If you are interested in wholesale please reach out via email. 

REFUND POLICY

No refunds, exchanges, and/or returns. All sales are final. 

Damaged items are eligible for a replacement if route package protection was added to your order. If not added, we will not be responsible if any products come damaged. 

No canceling or modifying orders. Once your order comes through we cannot make any changes. 

SHIPPING POLICY

US Shipping: All shipping is done via USPS.  It takes about 3-4 days to process your order on our end. Once it has left our possession and shipped it takes about 3-5 days to deliver according to USPS. We cannot control any USPS delays once it has left our possession.

International Shipping It takes about 3-4 days to process on our end. Once it has left our possession and shipped via USPS, it takes 6-10 business days for priority according to USPS. For first class it could vary. We cannot control any delays ones it has left our possession.

*Please note during new releases and preorders it might take long to ship. We appreciate your patience during this time. 

Lost, stolen, or damage packages: You have the option to add route package protection. If not added Lucky Lashes & Cosmetics LLC is not responsible for lost and damaged packages. If any of the above occurs please contact route and file a claim. 

Please put your correct address at checkout. If packages are returned due to incorrect address at provided at checkout, you will be responsible for reshipping fees. If your package was delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect address you provided Lucky Lashes & Cosmetics LLC is not responsible.

GENERAL CONDITIONS We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. 

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
